Is it just me or does the cover to Green Day's upcoming album, 21st Century Breakdown seem to be either by or a rip off of a Banksy piece?

The 2010 Osheaga Festival, which takes place July 31st and August 1st in Montreal, will feature Arcade Fire, Pavement, Weezer, The National, Keane, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Black Keys, Beach House, Robyn, Blitzen Trapper and a ton of other great bands.
