I was a runner for years until I began workouts similar to Rudys and to crossfit workouts. I feel stronger, faster and more capable than I did when I was running all the time. I recover faster from these workouts and I never feel rundown like I did for days after a long run. I trust Rudys practice. He has actually put his fitness to the test in real world situations.
