I don't like this band. I don't love this band. I am IN love with this band! I see 2-3 shows a week, and they are still my favorite band to see live. While I thought their energy was slightly lower than previous shows of theirs, I still thought they put on a great performance. The crowd at the June 1 show was definitely more lively than everyone at the June 4 show (pic above), but fans from both nights still sang along to every song and chanted 'Art Brut! Top of the Pops!' when they walked off the stage in the hopes of hearing a few more songs.

If you haven't seen them at all this week, you HAVE to find a ticket to tonight's show. Otherwise, I'm sure they'll be back soon. Also, check out their new CD - Art Brut Vs. Satan. As always, it includes some fun and catchy songs like "Alcoholics Unanimous," "DC Comics and Chocolate Milkshake" and "Slap Dash For No Cash."
