Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band played two nights at the Sports Arena in Los Angeles. On the first night, he was joined by Tom Morrello for "The Ghost of Tom Joad," just as he had been on the Magic tour in Anaheim last year.
On the second night, Springsteen was joined by Mike Ness, who came out to lead the E Street Band through a blistering version of Social Distortion's "Bad Luck." Ness then returned to the stage for "The Rising." Back in 2008, Springsteen made a surprise appearance when Mike Ness' solo tour rolled through New Jersey.
