Florence and the Machine, the super-hyped outfit created and fronted by Florence Welch, will finally release their debut album, Lungs, this July.
Earlier this year, Florence collected the Critics' Choice Award at the Brit Awards, an award for most promising new artist. My prediction is that Lungs will be nominated for the Mercury Prize. Judging from the demo's I've heard, Lungs may prove to live up to the list.
