HOLY FUCKING SHIT! I can not fathom how Jack "El Douche" Johnson has wiggled his way into headlining not one, not two, but THREE major music festivals!!! I'm boycotting the third night of All Points West Festival. Otherwise, here's the report:

Radiohead and Jack Johnson will headline the first All Points West Music & Arts Festival, to be held Aug. 8-10 at Liberty State Park, just across the Hudson River from lower Manhattan.

In what organizers are calling a first, Radiohead will perform on both the first and second nights of the event, with Johnson headlining on the final evening. The lineup also features Underworld, Kings Of Leon, Cat Power, the Roots, the New Pornographers and Girl Talk, among others.

Rounding out the bill are Rodrigo y Gabriela, Yousso N'Dour, Animal Collective, Andrew Bird, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Metric, CSS, Chromeo, the Go! Team, Amadou & Mariam, the Black Angels, Sia, the Felice Brothers, K'Naan, Jason Isbell, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, Alberta Cross, the Virgins, Black Kids, Mates Of State, Duffy, Forro In The Dark, Nicole Atkins, Juana Molina, Little Brother, Rogue Wave, Neil Halstead and Your Vegas.

Tickets go on sale Feb. 29. Single-day tickets are $89, while three-day passes will sell for $258. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Friends of Liberty State Park, which is working to make environmentally friendly improvements to the venue.

Ferry service will run from Manhattan directly to the festival grounds, and New Jersey Transit will also provide light rail service to the park. Special carpool parking will be available as well.

Jack Johnson is also scheduled to headline Lollapalooza, Ozzfest, Vegoose, Siren, Noise Pop, Rock Fest, Bumbershoot, Sasquatch, Virgin and Hot 97's Summer Jam. It's also been announced that it's mandatory that Jack Johnson will headline every SXSW and CMJ showcase......
