The New Music Express is all about Mercury Prize-winners Klaxons. The trio who have opened for Soulwax and Bjork in New York City were given top honors by the music rag for both best album (Myths of the Near Future) and best single ("Golden Skans").

Some surprises on the list include Enter Shi(t)kari, as wellas some high placement for Biffy Clyro, The Horrors, Maps and 2006's Boys & Girls in America by The Hold Steady, which was released in 2007 in the UK. Here's the list.........
