Jay Z played the Hammerstein Ballroom and Apollo Theatre to promote his American Gangster joint. The shows included tons of guests, including Diddy and Lil' Wayne.
You also may have noticed that American Gangster isn't available on iTunes. That's cause Jay-Z is not allowing the disc to be sold on iTunes, because they refuse to sell album's as a whole and this is supposed to be a concept album.
