Izzy Stradlin, always the coolest member of Guns 'N Roses, has just released his 8th solo record and its an acoustic affair called Fire. This is actually Stradlin's second album of 2007. In March, he put out the rocking Miami. I wish Axl was this interested in putting out new music.

With his record sales diminishing since his Ju Ju Hounds project, the rockabilly rhythm guitarist has released his last three albums only via the interweb.

Fire happens to have some killer songs. It helps that Izzy surrounds himself with great musicians from Reverend Horton Heat and Jeff Buckley's band.

Also, in stalker news, Izzy just bought a new house. This internet thing can sure lead you to some creepy information about people.
