FOO FIGHTERS | "The Pretender," Cover Arcade Fire

The Foo Fighters catch a whole lot of shit cause they're gigantic, will never be as important or good as Nirvana, make goofy videos, and are a pretty harmless bunch of fellas. They're an easy band to overlook, but the fact stands that Dave Grohl and company continue to turn out some really good (not great) music. They also use their success to give exposure to bands like Queens of the Stone Age, Mastadon, Tenacious D, Blonde Redhead, and lots of others.

Their new record, Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace, drops on September 25th. The first single is "The Pretender" and it ain't bad.......

Wait, wait...I like the tone of your post, even though the band annoys me in the same way that foo-fighters annoy me. However, they gave tenacious D exposure? Jack Black is a mega-moviestar, if he walked down the street right now he would get mobbed by hordes of people, literally, i've seen it happen. Maybe you were being sarcastic?
Dave Grohl does have a knack for pop-rock tunes though.

It is one of things I can never understand ... how people can think that way. It's so illogical that it can only be based upon moronity.

This post is inspiring, fresh and ultra awesome! You have a very progressive looks. Reading this blog is a great pleasure.
