From the same band that brought you the instant classic "Dirty Hands," The Black Lips are now offering you "Cold Hands" from their new album Good Bad Not Evil, which comes out on September 11th (they swear it is a coincidence!). The boys from Atlanta will also be headlining Bowery Ballroom on September 18th and Music Hall of Williamsburg on the 19th. No CMJ for them. The last time they were here, they opened for The Ponys at Bowery and almost stole the show.
The Black Lips are taking along The Selmanaires – another Atlanta band – who sound like a funkier version of The Kinks covering !!! with the some rivaling falsettos. Put them on your radar.
