The After the Jump Fest was a gigantic success. We were able to raise a good amount of money for the Bloggers Choose chapter of DonorsChoose.org. that will help fund grants written by New York music teachers for their classroom.
First off, a big thanks to our lovely sponsors: Cellfish Media, MetroMix.com, CONCERT.TV, Indaba Music Imeem, CMJ, Xanga, Colt 45, and of course our good friends at Studio B.
Then we must thank all the bands who rocked Studio B: Apache Beat, Bling Kong, David Bruno, Finger On The Pulse, Free Blood, Goes Cube, Golem, Jukebox The Ghost, Locksley, Ra Ra Riot, Riot In Belgium, Soulico, Spectrum, Teenage Prayers and The Virgins, as well as our fab host Sara Schaefer.
A huge thanks to Butane Variations, Luke Temple, Paul Duncan, David Bruno, Achord Recordings and The Musebox for throwing an incredible kick off party last night on the rooftop in Williamsburg.
Finally, I'd like to send a big thank you to all of my fellow bloggers who worked so hard at organizing this awesome weekend of music and parties. You are all wonderful folks and it was great putting this show on with you all. So much to love to Battering Room, Bumpershine, Disconap, Earfarm, Finger On The Pulse, I Rock, I Roll, Merry Swankster, Music Snobbery, Pop Tarts Suck Toasted, Punk Photo, Ryspace, Sit Down, Stand Up, Slap You In Public, Soft Communication, Stereoactive NYC, Subinev, The Modern Age, The Music Slut, Underrated, Water Cooler Gossip and Yeti Don't Dance (who does indeed dance).........

I’m sure it’s not true! If it was, nothing lake that would have been posted! It sounds so weird! I doubt that anyone would ever believe it!
