The Virgin Festival announced their schedule. In attempt to avoid conflicts, the organizers scheduled acts to rotate, with some overlap, between the two main stages. As an example, LCD Soundsystem is scheduled to play from 5:30 - 6:30 on South Stage, while the Beastie Boys are scheduled to go on from 6:15 - 7:35 on the North Stage.

With all the acts playing nearly full-length sets, the overlaps are not horrendous. They will cause some people to spend the weekend running back and forth, but it could be worse (like ACL's White Stripes vs Arcade Fire conflict). You can still get tickets to the Virgin Festival, which takes play August 4th and 5th in Baltimore.........
