The always eclectic Bumbershoot Festival returns to Seattle from September 1st through the 3rd. This year's line-up isn't mindblowing but it does feature The Shins, Wu-Tang Clan, Kings of Leon, The Bouncing Souls, Ted Leo, Joss Stone, Art Brut, and a ton more acts.
